Does New York State Recognize This
Man As Woman?
Are children having to except what the
state does not?
If New York State
(NYS) is really the reason this school district cannot remove the
science teacher from their school, then NYS needs to answer these
questions.
1) If NYS sees this man as a woman, then will NYS
no longer see him as married to the mother of his children? NYS does
not allow same-sex marriage.
2) Does NYS no longer let this man file,
“Married Filing Jointly” on his tax
return?
3) Has his name been removed from
NYS records as his children’s legal “father?” This should
include birth certificates and school
records.
4) Does NYS allow Batavia schools to list this man
as a woman now on employment records?Does the NYS Department
of Education now recognize him as a woman?
5) Does NYS Department of Motor Vehicles now list
this man as a woman on his driver’s
license?
6) Does NYS force this man’s life insurance
company to carry him as a woman, which costs less? Will NYS
force this man’s health insurance to list him as
female?
7) If this man is summoned to serve on a Jury or
testify at a trial, will NYS allow him to claim to be a woman under
the penalty of perjury? Will NYS even allow him to serve on a jury,
as a woman and or with this
"disorder"?
8) Does NYS not allow police and judges to
know this person is genetically a
man?
9) Would NYS allow this man, as a woman, to marry
a man?
Other Questions Needing
Answered
1) If he
joined the military would he be with the men or the
women?
2) Has The Office of Social Security allowed him
to change his identity to that of a woman? Employers need a Social
Security number in order to legally pay him. Also, when he goes to
collect Social Security, will he collect it as a female? There are
some gender specific codes that can get applied when a person
collects social security, would such be altered for
him?
3) Does the IRS consider him a woman
now?
4) Is he now allowed in woman’s washrooms out
in public?
5) Would a woman’s shelter be forced to let him
in, in order to get state aid?
6) Would girl scouts be seen as discriminating if
they do not let him lead a troop?
7) Is he protected
from a law suit by another man, if a sexual relationship was started
without prior notice of him genetically being a
man?
8) If he previously held any of the
following job titles in Batavia schools, would such be
allowed?
School Nurse?
Guidance Counselor?
Kindergarten Teacher?
School
Psychologist?
If
New York State does not recognize this man as a woman, then NYS
cannot be blamed.
Did Batavia School superintendent, Richard
Stutzman inject his own will on the
students?
The US Government does
not see him as a woman either. His Social Security Number
will
continue to have 'man' next to it. That means that he is paid as a
man.
