The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions that take place through it.

  • Consumer Safety Agreement
  • All safety issues (e.g. child safety) with items purchased are the consumer's responsibility.
  • Please inspect upon receiving.

    Purchasing from this site is equal to purchasing from a craft show. The items on this website are all hand made items, by myself, a crafter, not a manufacturer. They are not subject to third party testing for any type of content. 

    Note: By purchasing any item on this website, it is understood by the buyer, that all decisions for safety and supervision are always up to and the sole responsibility of the buyer and that the item(s) is/are NOT for sleeping in. Please inspect upon receipt.

  • Payment
  • Payment is through PayPal.com. 
  • You do not have to be a member of PayPal.  
  • The address that is with your PayPal payment is where your order will be shipped to.
  • MyLiLBoutique is a verified PayPal member.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping is USPS 1st Class or better, and is always free.
  • MyLiLBoutique ships USPS to the 48 Continental United States, only.
  • Shipping includes proof of shipment with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
  • A notification of shipment with a tracking number will be emailed to the consumer.
  • Please put info@MyLiLBoutique.com on a safe email list within your email controls.

    Notice: A confirmation number will show the date of shipment, which will be within five business days of a cleared payment. Shipping is to the address on the paypal account used.
  • Inventory
  • Completed Items are one per listing - unless otherwise noted.
  • Custom made items are one per listing - unless otherwise noted.
  • Some are one-of-a-kinds, others are replaced after a sale.  
  • In the event you purchase an out-of-stock item, a prompt refund will be issued.
  • The site is updated frequently throughout most business days.

    Return Policy:

    This return policy is subject to a pre-approval by me. This means that you would need to contact me and explain the situation and where you believe that my error lies. Then if I truly agree that the error was on my part, I would accept the item back to me, for a full refund. I would never want someone to pay for an error that was on my part. However, I need to have control over the situation because there are people who would order, and seek to return for reasons other than a true error on my part. It has never happened, but I realize that it could. I do keep many pictures of shipped items, including the packaging stage of the process.

    Please read on:

    If ever there were to be something very much wrong with an item purchased from me, due to my error, I would accept the item back (post-marked back within 3 business days) for a full refund, including the shipping cost back to me (not to exceed that of the cost to ship it to you), to ship in the same manner of shipping back to me, first class and shipping  confirmation, with the confirmation number emailed to me.) The refund, would be refunded to your paypal  account, within one business day of a confirmation number showing my receipt of the item. It has never happened, but I am human and would never want a customer to pay for an error  that was mine. Please always shop with confidence at MyLiLBoutique.
