What Can Be Done For 2012

If this country makes it to the next presidential election, there is something that we can do to force presidential candidates to show proof of eligibility.

I am currently in communication with my state legislature about a bill that opens up with the following:

An individual seeking placement (ISP) on New York State’s election ballot(s) for the office of President or Vice President of the United States must present proof of eligibility, as per requirements that are stated in Article 2, section 1, paragraph 5 of the U.S. Constitution.

A contract is a meeting of the minds, we must go with what the signers of the U.S. Constitution would have been agreeing to at the time of the signing, not some twisted new meanings.

I plan on contacting other states. But, it would be much better if I could get people from each state to join in and contact their state senators and representatives. Remember, these are STATE offices, not federal. To view the bill: Click Here
