A
State Level Attack On The Problem Turning To New York
State August 03,
2009
Last
week, I met with my New York State senator, not the federal, but the
state senator. We discussed the possibility of a state bill being
written up and passed into law, which would require presidential
candidates to prove qualification, as per the requirements,
laid out in the U.S. Constitution. This would be in order
for a candidate to be placed on New York's voting
ballot.
Barack Hussein Obama has not proven to qualify.
Though, we have a law in this nation, called the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act), no one is able
to get a copy of the birth certificate of the man, who occupies the
highest office in the land. And the man, who said that he would be
open, refuses to show it to the public. He showed a certificate of
live birth, online, but not his actual birth certificate.
There is a huge difference. However, even if he was born here, his
father was not, which makes him a non-natural born citizen, at
best.
To those who wonder, yes, this is an attack on his
presidency, a direct attack to disqualify him from
illegally getting in for a second term. If anyone has a problem
with that, I suggest they study up on constitutional law and do a
much better job at it, than Barack Hussein Obama did. There is no
ending date on the constitution and it is a legally binding
contract, between the states. Which leads me to why I am turning to
my state, the State of New York, our original capital, the state
that is seen as "freedom" around the world.
As per the
U.S. Constitution, the federal government is supposed to have very
limited and very direct powers; the rest of the powers are to fall
to the individual states. However, we know that the federal
government has greatly over-stepped its legal limitations. We also
see that Barack Hussein Obama, is seeking to greatly further
over-step those limitations, by way of taking over the nation's
health care, a health care system that, with the exception of those
who would impose it on the nation, would strip us all of our liberty
to manage and pay for our own health care. --It is
unconstitutional.
There is a reason that our founding fathers
put such limitations on the federal government. It was to prevent
the very tyranny that we are heading towards today. It was
to keep the most of the power in the fifty states. The same
laws that were put into place to avoid such national tyranny are
also there to reverse that, which is leading us into it.
The
individual states, actually have more authority over their own
states, than Washington D.C. has over the entire nation or any given
state. As of today, the groundwork is being set for New York to use
its authority, guaranteed to it by the U.S. Constitution.
This week, I will be writing up a first draft of a bill that
will begin the wheels rolling on New York being the leader that she
once was, and a defender of freedom, a state that fights tyranny, a
state that puts her people ahead of politics.
Keep watch for
updates. And contact me for information, if you would like help
with doing the same in your state.
Note: I am waiting
till the wheels get going well, before I post the name of my
senator. This is to protect him from possible harassment, as long as
I can.
