New York Post (Kyle Smith) Excerpt:
When it comes to the First Amendment, Team
Obama believes in Global Chilling.
Cass Sunstein, a Harvard Law professor who has
been appointed to a shadowy post that will grant him powers that are
merely mind-boggling, explicitly supports using the courts to impose
a "chilling effect" on speech that might hurt someone's feelings. He
thinks that the bloggers have been rampaging out of control and that
new laws need to be written to corral them.

Commentary: There is far more to the article. I hope that
you will click on the link and read the rest of it. The article ends
with Kyle Smith suggesting we declare war on this idiot.
I
could not resist, the temptation. So, I emailed Kyle Smith about his
article. The contents are

re: Gag The Internet
Dear
Kyle,
Have you thought of the possibility that your article
may hurt Cass Sunstein's feelings? Please look at the implications
in your article, Kyle.
Cass Sunstein is an arrogant lawyer
that may not want it out on the net that he is a no brained idiot
that cannot understand the U.S. Constitution, much less follow it!
--Telling such, may hurt his feelings.
Cass Sunstein is
trying to make a living, like any other enemy of the state. Do you
have a problem with that? --Telling such, may hurt his
feelings.
Cass Sunstein takes his orders from the same place
Obama does. I take it you want to expose Marxists too?
--Telling such, may hurt his feelings.
Don't think that I did
not see the implications throughout your article! If I saw them, he
is surely to have seen them, as well. And you actually said that we
should declare war on him! Would you tug on Superman's cape? Would
you spit into the wind? Would you pull the mask off that Old Loan
Ranger, and by golly, Kyle, would you mess around with a man named
Jim?
Sincerely, Debra J.M. Smith www.InformingChristians.com
