It's very nice that Gabrielle Giffords is doing so well and out of the hospital. I just hope that as she gets stronger and stronger, that she realizes the value of all life, not just hers.
I hope that if Gabrielle continues to be a congresswoman, that the next time she is to vote on abortion that she realizes that an unborn baby's life is just as important as her life and that a baby feels pain, just as she feels pain.
I hope that Gabrielle also realizes that every American deserves the same opportunity to gain as a good of health care as we can possibly obtain, that she does not have the power to take that pursuit of happiness away from the rest of us.
And finally, I hope that Gabrielle thinks about those who lost their lives that day that she was shot, largely due to her not having security at the event, when she knew (according her husband) that she was in danger. --I hope that in the future when times are threatening, as they have been, that she will have proper security around to protect those who attend her events.
