Federal Judge Rules Morning-after Pill To Be Available To All Ages
Yet Another Bad Judge

U.S. District Judge Edward Korman has ordered the FDA to make the morning-after pill, referred to as both contraception and as the abortion pill, available for all ages.

Contraception refers to methods or devices used to prevent pregnancy, not abort pregnancy. The morning-after pill is only contraception if conception has not yet happened. In cases when conception has already taken place, it is an abortion pill.

As for the judge: He is not a parent to all children. He is not a food and drug expert. He is not a law-maker. He is a bad judge.
