Washington Post Says
Perverted and Naughty Are Hate Words Do
not call homosexuality perverted or naughty on that
website.
As
many of you know, I have passed around my fair share of Washington
Post news articles, as I have posted there as a top poster for a
couple years. I never asked to be a top poster; they made me one
because my comments generated a lot more comments. Well, those days
are over.
There is one gal who works for the Washington Post,
who does not like my comments about homosexuality. Her name is
Bethonie Butler. She refers to herself as an "Interactivity
Producer," which is a "Blog Moderator." Bethonie
finds my comments to be hate. Even after someone with
opposing views to my views, called her out for removing comments of
mine that dared to use the words "perverted" and "naughty," she
defended her decision by saying they remove hate speech.
The
topic was the court that found the ban on homosexual marriage
in California to be unconstitutional. And I posted the
following: "This has nothing to do with equal rights. It has
everything to do with perverted people wanting to force their
perversion on the whole of society, by lying and claiming that they
are a valid class of people; when all they are, are people who do
dirty things with each other." After that comment of
mine was removed, I reposted it with the word "naughty" in
place of "perverted." That post was then also
removed.
My
post was not out of the ordinary for me. So I am only left to assume
that Bethonie Butler, is about as liberal as one can get and that
the Washington Post has updated their word rules. She was also
deleting other conservatives’ comments. I told the Washington Post
to delete my account from their site. If my Christian conservative
views are not allowed on that site, then I won't be there
either.
